In this training, you can obtain both CSM and CLB certifications simultaneously. The Certified LeSS Basics (CLB) portion is designed for those who want to understand what LeSS is and determine if it fits their organization. Participants will use free online materials for pre-study, allowing us to focus on advanced topics during the live sessions. The majority of the training consists of workshops with minimal lectures and almost no use of PowerPoint.
In this 5-day practical development training, teams will conduct Sprints to simultaneously develop and deliver user-accepted features on an existing product currently in use by real users. Participants will spend over 50% of their time working on the project. You will also learn technical practices such as Specification by Example, TDD, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD), as well as organizational skills including collaborative approaches within Scrum teams, code sharing, and the Definition of Done. Participants can earn CSD®, A-CSD℠, and Certified LeSS Basics credentials.
