Empowering Developers to Excel in Scrum Teams Certified Scrum Training for Developers

Developers in a Scrum Team

Developers in a Scrum team are expected to possess engineering skills compatible with Scrum, such as Extreme Programming (XP). By incorporating practices like Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development (TDD), continuous refactoring, pair programming, and frequent check-ins (commits), teams can prevent technical debt. In Scrum, where the product structure is constantly reviewed to improve quality, developers must master two key areas: the practical skills of the Scrum framework and the specific development techniques suited for it.

CSD

Certified Scrum Developer® (CSD®) Certified Scrum Developer Training

This course is a systematic education and certification program for software developers, created by Scrum Alliance® to develop individuals who can collaborate correctly and efficiently as developers on a Scrum team. We support participants in growing into highly skilled engineers and becoming effective Scrum practitioners. By experiencing a one-week sprint within an ideal Scrum team, participants build a small application while acquiring the necessary knowledge, techniques, and habits to work efficiently as a team. You can also receive coaching from an Agile Coach during the session to discuss real-world challenges. The Certified Scrum Developer (CSD®) credential is awarded only to those who attend training by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST®) and demonstrate aptitude. Testimonials from Voice of Our Clients

  • I felt that implementing TDD would be extremely helpful in increasing refactoring awareness and ensuring the safety of maintaining specifications.
  • I was able to experience the benefits of Scrum's mindset of embracing change and the effectiveness of pair programming. I definitely want to apply these to my team.
  • Practicing TDD provided valuable experience that I know will be useful when taking action in my actual work projects!
  • I felt that the specific refactoring techniques and testing mindsets taught in the course can be directly applied to my daily tasks.
  • The hands-on TDD practice was very helpful; I don't think I would have fully grasped how it works in a real development environment through explanation alone.
